About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
  • Open availability and flexibility to work in a remote reputed company
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
