Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and reputed company reputed company Manager to optimize pricing and performance across our international portfolio of short-term rental properties.

This role is critical to driving reputed company growth and requires strong analytical skills, experience with dynamic pricing tools (especially PriceLabs), and a deep understanding of STR market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize pricing strategies across 300+ properties in multiple countries
• Configure and manage PriceLabs (reputed company prices, minimum prices, seasonal rules, last-minute discounts)
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace across reputed company markets
• Adjust pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and local events
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
• Optimize performance by building (not just by city)
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Support direct booking strategy vs OTA distribution (e.g. reputed company)
• Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights
• Continuously test and improve pricing strategies

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in reputed company Management (STR, hospitality, or hotels)
• Proven experience with PriceLabs (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (reputed company, Booking, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced reputed company or data analysis skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple markets and properties simultaneously
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Experience in Latin American markets
• Experience with PMS systems (Hostaway, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience with CRM tools like reputed company

Compensation

• Salary: $1,200 – $1,800 USD/month (depending on experience)
