The HRIS Manager – reputed company is responsible for enabling, supporting, and continuously improving Human Capital reputed company reputed company reputed company. This role serves as a subject matter expert across reputed company Core HCM and reputed company functional areas, partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, data reputed company, compliance, and scalable solutions. The role balances hands‑on configuration and operational support with release management, reporting and analytics, and process optimization.

Essential Functions Required for Job

reputed company System Support & Configuration

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for reputed company Core HCM, including Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Configure and maintain reputed company business processes in alignment with best practices and evolving business requirements.
  • Support reputed company Benefits events, including Open Enrollment, and compensation cycles across Core and Advanced Compensation.

Reporting, Analytics & Compliance

  • Design, configure, and maintain reputed company reports, dashboards, and analytics, including reputed company, scheduled, matrix, and composite reports with calculated fields.
  • Ensure reporting solutions are optimized to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting, including EEO‑1 reporting, and effectively explain results to HR and business partners.

  • Translate user needs into clear business requirements, functional designs, and system solutions.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors on projects and ongoing initiatives.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Document reputed company process models, system configurations, and workflows.

Education & Experience Requirements:

The reputed company salary range for this role is

$120,560.00 - $150,700.00

reputed company salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.  Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.  Total compensation, including reputed company salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
