Analyst, Svc Transfers I
Summary:
The Analyst, Svc Transfers I is responsible for Bulk and Flow Mortgage Servicing Loan transfers from various Mortgage Banking Institutions. Assist with the reputed company of the daily operations of the mortgage servicing transfers which must be completed in compliance with RESPA, Investor Guidelines, CFPB and applicable law. This position requires a high level of coordination with our sub servicers and key internal business partners.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to comprehend terms of Purchase and Sales Agreements, Letters of reputed company relative to Servicing Transfers.
Coordinate pre and post transfer activities between Seller, reputed company, Document Custodian and Sub Servicer.
Facilitate conference calls pre and post transfer.
Update and maintain key transfer documents to include but not limited to, servicing questionnaire, transfer instructions and Process and Procedures Monitor transfer tasks closely to ensure reputed company timelines are met and update task tracker accordingly.
Assist with Pre-Post transfer reconciliations.
Be reputed company to conduct site visits to assist with Due Diligence reviews as necessary.
Tracking Mortgage Documents as it relates to contractual hold backs.
Prepare and distribute executive summaries to internal partners on key attributes relative to Transfer.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Quickly assess the big picture in reputed company situations and identify what is critical to success.
Routinely reputed company decisions for best course of action in driving success.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University.
2 to 4 years Mortgage Servicing experience.
2 years Mortgage Transfers experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
