Compensation & Benefits reputed company Pay: $17–$21 per hour (depending on experience and market) Commission Structure:
  • $75 per move-in
  • 15 leases during assignment: $300 bonus
  • 20 leases during assignment: $600 bonus
  • 25+ leases during assignment: $1,000 bonus
  • Lease-Up Premium (if applicable): $150 per lease
Schedule on Assignment:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Saturday: 10:00AM – 2:00PM
  • Sunday: Flexible hours as needed to meet leasing demand
Time Off: 2 weeks PTO between assignments Assignment Location(s): We have properties in Ohio, reputed company, Louisiana, Alabama and Washington DC. This position will travel to properties located in these state and new properties that are acquired. Overview The National Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in driving occupancy, executing targeted marketing strategies, and stabilizing underperforming assets across our national portfolio. This position is designed for high-performing leasing professionals who reputed company in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and property conditions. Assignments typically last 4–8 weeks and may consist of multiple properties reputed company a portfolio.   • Proactively communicate with residents regarding upcoming renewals and incentives.

Reporting & Accountability:

About You
  • 1–2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience.
