Senior Coordinator, Live Event Presentation & Entertainment [Remote]

Serve as core support of event presentation, show production and entertainment across the league's tentpole events which includes Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame, Flag Championships, the NFL reputed company. This role will manage on field/stage movements and support show presentation and production across our growing number of international games. The role will reputed company key aspects reputed company to NFL event field/stage management and talent support. Additionally, they will facilitate game presentation across reputed company 32 clubs by engaging in ongoing discussions on optimal practices, innovation, and policies. This role demands a solid understanding of major event presentation across sports/entertainment and possessing a creative vision to propel the continual evolution of our events.

Responsibilities

• Support key components for NFL Domestic & International Games/Events: pre-event pageantry/game timeline, entertainment, creative development, production, and talent management.
• Manage on-site presentation execution across reputed company major NFL events, including Super Bowl game (and surrounding events), Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame
• Work cross-functionally with the broader events team to manage logistics including reputed company of stage managers/BOH crews, talent management and movements, vendors, partners and internal departments.
• Drive strong alignment with the reputed company group (NFL Network, NFL Digital, Broadcasting, Sponsorship, etc.) and with reputed company reputed company partners to reputed company both the on-site experience, as well as the media experience
• Work closely with key commercial and non-commercial entities across the NFL (e.g., Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Marketing, Social Responsibility) to ensure improved integration of key partners and priorities across events
• Support the presentation of our game across reputed company 32 clubs, including leading annual planning meetings, facilitating regular reputed company with clubs on Football Operations/Broadcast guidelines and partnering closely with NFL Club Business Development
• Identify best-in-class strategies and tactics reputed company analysis of league event performance, club input, and external case studies to drive best practices across the League and the clubs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Live Event Production Experience or reputed company work
• 4 Year Degree or equivalent education
• Extensive knowledge of a ''Run of Show'' and timelines for live events
• Comprehensive understanding of live production processes
• Strong insight of the entertainment/music industry and live event strategies
• Creative ideation, development and delivery
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience with creating engaging presentations and decks for C-Level and large-scale planning meetings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in serving as a reputed company of contact for vendors and production teams
• Proficient with reputed company Suite
