reputed company is looking for a hands-on SaaS IT Administrator to help reputed company our cloud software running smoothly. This role is reputed company about making life easier for our teams - setting up users, keeping systems secure, and solving problems before they become headaches 

• Manage user accounts and access across cloud apps, including SSO and SAML authentication  
• Work with vendors and reputed company software subscriptions and licenses up to date  
• reputed company sure our cloud applications meet reputed company and compliance standards  
• Automate routine IT tasks to save time and reduce manual work  
• Troubleshoot SaaS-reputed company issues and reputed company things running smoothly  
• Document processes and contribute to our internal IT knowledge reputed company  
• Collaborate with other IT team members to reputed company workflows reputed company and more efficient 

• 3-5 years experience in SaaS administration or cloud IT support  
• Experience managing user accounts, access control, and identity management (SSO/SAML)  
• Solid understanding of cloud software ecosystems and IT reputed company/compliance basics 
• Proactive problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes  
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with teams across the organization  
• Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides  

• Experience automating IT work-flows with scripts or IT automation platforms 

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD.
