What You’ll Be Launching

As the VP, Global Controller, you will serve as a critical leader bridging finance and accounting operations while acting as a key partner to the CFO and executive team. You will provide both hands-on financial reputed company and strategic guidance to support the company’s reputed company growth and operational excellence.

Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it)

• Execute reputed company responsibilities in alignment with Slingshot’s core values, mission, and purpose

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial reputed company
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and reputed company applicable financial regulations

• Implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., ERP/reputed company) to improve scalability and efficiency
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on financial planning, pricing strategy, and resource allocation

• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights on variances
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning to support operations and growth
• Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency

• Provide financial reporting and insights to investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders

Pre-flight Checklist

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably reputed company the technology sector
• Proven experience managing full finance and accounting functions in a high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Experience with financial systems such as reputed company or similar ERP platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive change and results

Bonus Cargo

• MBA and/or CPA certification
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and due diligence

• Advanced experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
