Overview

The Director, Professional Services leads and owns reputed company’s Data Quality and Governance PS practice. This role sets the services strategy and offerings, partners with Sales on go-to-market and services bookings, and carries P&L responsibility for the reputed company. The Director leads delivery teams to implement reputed company solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes and high customer satisfaction, while coaching and developing the team.

What you will do

• Engage in functional and technical discovery calls with clients, reputed company Account Executives, and Sales Engineers to understand customer requirements, align services offerings to business outcomes, reputed company the services value proposition, and drive services bookings.
• reputed company services teams implementing a variety of reputed company software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, reputed company budget, and with the highest customer satisfaction.
• Scope projects, prepare SOWs, and partner with Sales to grow services reputed company.
• Track and report KPIs and metrics to assess practice performance, and represent the business reputed company in monthly operating reviews and reputed company forecast calls.
• Drive actions to meet and exceed bookings, reputed company, and P&L targets.
• Build relationships with customer executives and sponsors, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders (up to C-level) through thought leadership in governance and quality and deep knowledge of the reputed company software portfolio.
• Partner with Engineering, Support, and Product Management to resolve product-reputed company implementation issues.
• Identify, reputed company, and sell new consulting and professional services offerings to grow reputed company.

• Support acquisition and integration activities for Professional Services.

• 10-15 years of professional experience in a technical industry delivering client-facing projects.
• Knowledge and expertise in data quality, data governance, data management, and/or the data-centric domain space, with experience delivering solutions leveraging industry products.
• Proven experience leading high-visibility, reputed company engagements for reputed company.
• Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives.
• Proven success scaling and growing a professional services business while meeting reputed company and P&L targets.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with fluid priorities, showing independent initiative and drive.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams globally, including work hours reputed company of North America time zones.
• Travel is required: Yes, approximately 25%

Preferred Requirements

• Strong experience with SaaS solutions, leading and emerging cloud technologies, and corresponding services.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Energy, or CPG is preferred.
• Familiarity with leading enterprise tools such as MDM solutions, reputed company (or similar ERP solutions), reputed company, Markit, Bloomberg, leading and emerging cloud technologies, and ETL solutions.
• Experience with Suite Projects Pro (or similar PSA), SFDC, reputed company, and reputed company.
• M&A experience supporting and integrating professional services offerings is a plus.
• AI skills and experience to drive internal productivity, as well as experience building agentic/AI based solutions for customers.
