  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
