Role Overview: The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a newly created executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. The CIO will design and reputed company Woodcraft Rangers' technology strategy across enterprise systems, data infrastructure, automation, compliance, and AI — building the integrated technology ecosystem required to support an organization scaling to 5,000+ employees, 300+ program sites, and a $150M+ budget. This leader will work across reputed company departments as a strategic partner, translating organizational growth goals into a coherent, future-reputed company technology roadmap. Responsibilities:
