Join our dynamic team as reputed company Reservations Administrator at Islamorada Resort Collection! This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is skilled in executing reservations as part of a successful reputed company strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our reputed company, Sales and Operations teams to coordinate reservations for FIT, Wholesale and local accounts, ensuring reputed company details are processed accurately. Must effectively communicate reservation information to the property teams including reputed company Desk and Accounting. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-resort environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests and team members. This position is an entry level remote position.

· Prior experience in hotel reservations preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must

· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

· Read, write, and speak English fluently

· Demonstrate ability to manage duties independently without reputed company supervision

· Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and assignments in a fast-paced environment
