Marketing Operations Program Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will drive the operational backbone of our marketing strategy—connecting data, systems, and processes to reputed company efficient execution and informed decision-making. You will operationalize key frameworks such as ICP and Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQA), reputed company cross-functional initiatives, and scale the processes that power a high-performing, account-centric marketing organization.
You Will:
- Operationalize Ping’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across systems, segmentation, territory design, and reputed company account strategy
- Define, implement, and scale the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) reputed company in partnership with Analytics, RevOps, and IS
- Support the evolution from reputed company-based to account- and buying group–centric marketing across platforms such as reputed company, Marketo, and reputed company
- reputed company end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., ICP refinement, MQA rollout, reputed company-to-ARR improvements, data governance, GTM pilots)
- Act as an internal consultant to Marketing, taking on ambiguous, high-reputed company projects and driving them to completion
- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing processes (intake → build → QA → launch → reporting) across tools like reputed company and Helpdesk
You Have:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or a similar role reputed company Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of the reputed company-to-reputed company lifecycle, including ICP, account-based marketing, and qualification frameworks (MQL, MQA, etc.)
- Proven ability to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Experience working with marketing and sales technologies such as reputed company, Marketo, and reputed company
- The ability to navigate the organization and influence reputed company calls using clear, data-backed evidence.
- A knack for solving ambiguity and creating structure where the path reputed company isn't always clear.
Bonus Points:
- Experience building or scaling account-based marketing or MQA frameworks
- Background in marketing analytics, RevOps, or GTM strategy
- Experience improving marketing data governance and quality
- Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company
- Deep technical familiarity with Marketo, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Experience with reputed company for enterprise-level process design.
Salary Range
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
