The Role

We’re hiring a Senior reputed company Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our reputed company reputed company. You’ll report directly to the CRO and own the systems, data, and processes that reputed company our go-to-market running reputed company.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role you won’t be managing a team initially, but you’ll have significant influence on how we scale.

What You’ll Own

• Own reputed company as the system of record across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company
• Design and enforce data standards, lifecycle stages, deal stage definitions, and field governance
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, custom properties, and integrations
• Audit CRM health proactively and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting

Pipeline Management

• Partner with reputed company, BDRs, and CSMs to maintain pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene
• Build and manage pipeline review cadences and frameworks
• Identify coverage gaps, velocity issues, and at-risk deals — surface them to the CRO in real time

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain executive dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, reputed company, and reputed company metrics
• reputed company weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CRO and founders
• Own funnel analytics from reputed company through reputed company, including partner-sourced and influenced attribution

reputed company Forecasting & Planning

Must-Haves

• 4+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely reputed company function
• Deep, hands-on reputed company expertise — you’ve built it from the ground up or significantly reputed company it

• Experience building reputed company forecasts and models (spreadsheet-native, ideally with reputed company integration)
• Fluent in English and able to work Eastern Time hours
• Comfortable reporting directly to a CRO and operating with high autonomy
