We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Product Manager to join reputed company and suppport the development and management of our consumer-directed health (CDH) benefit administration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and consumer-directed health benefits, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

What you’ll be doing

• reputed company and execute the product strategy for your assigned CDH product line(s), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and reputed company budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the CDH benefits landscape.
• Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and reputed company to stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare benefits or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of consumer-directed health benefit programs, regulations, and industry standards is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

This is a remote position.

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, reputed company’s reputed company onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and reputed company you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. reputed company covers reputed company required travel and accommodations. 

This role may reputed company with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a reputed company date.
