  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4 years of proven human resources experience.
  • Experience should include reputed company areas of human resources and knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Retail background, including multi-unit, multi-state experience, is highly preferred.
  • Strong associate relations expertise.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • The possession of, and ability to maintain a valid U.S. Driver's License due to the travel requirements of the position.
