Client Solutions & Delivery Associate Manager

The Client Solutions and Delivery Associate Manager will assist in implementing programs and enhancements for a large strategic client. This role partners closely with Client Services Manager teams to aid in successful execution of initiatives.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Leadership: Support the execution of client programs/solutions reputed company to client-specific account management plans and company goals.
• Program Implementation: Builds effective and efficient client program launch plans to include enhancements, and corrective actions/break-fix needs reputed company assigned client account with reputed company from management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration in designing and implementing client implementation plans and for execution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Process Optimization: Understand implementation plans, client processes, and internal reputed company processes to recommend potential redesigns to maximize alignment and efficiency.
• Financial Performance: Understand what drives profitability for assigned clients as well as key levers reputed company the client contract(s).
• Client Engagement: Partner with Client Services Management teams to support client initiatives, ensure satisfaction, NPS scores, and retention.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar.
• 2+ years Project Management experience.
• Problem solving ability, adapt to shifting priorities & align activities/priorities to meet organizational goals.
• Professional business judgment and strong collaborative style.
• Good interpersonal skills, especially working with cross-functional teams— and the ability to present a professional image.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivation to work independently and ability to prioritize, organize and reputed company as part of a project team to complete multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with shifting deadlines.
• Experience in communicating with management and teams at reputed company levels.
• Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.
• Requires a high level of reputed company in both oral and written communication and the ability to effectively present reputed company and information.
