The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting sales of CSS (Codman Specialty Surgical) Division products in targeted hospital accounts. Understand market sales opportunities and reputed company orders to exceed quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct sales of CSS (Codman Specialty Surgical) Division products in targeted hospital accounts. Understand market sales opportunities and reputed company orders to exceed quarterly sales targets.

- Responsible for development of long-term relationships with customers, including clinical customers, hospital administration, patient associations, etc.
- Seek opportunities to reputed company reputed company and new product specific programs, effectively implementing strategies developed by senior leadership
- Offer support during surgeries by providing reputed company necessary equipment and products required; demonstrates expertise in reputed company products, follow-up support and troubleshooting techniques.
- Use reputed company.com (customer relationship management systems) and other communication systems to ensure optimal account coordination, knowledge, strategy and teamwork.
- Effectively reputed company appropriate sections of the tender-roadmap and partner/collaborate internally with cross-functional RFP teams to win reputed company as well as ensure compliance of existing business agreements
- Maintain expertise with our product specifications and the anticipated outcomes, and be adequately reputed company to advise our customers
- Participate in major North American and local/regional meetings as required.
- Manage budget to plan and adhere to prescribed company expense policy
- Other duties as assigned.
- Covering Atlantic territory with 50%+ travel
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree in business, sales/marketing or science based.
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience in OR and preferably also ICU
- Demonstrated success in a sales position as indicated by level of sales performance against established objectives / goals.
- Sales experience in the medical device industry essential
- Demonstrated skills in business planning, consulting and territory financial analysis.
- Ability to grow a market by leveraging numerous decision makers (with a clinical and non-clinical stakeholder/customer focus).
