Business Analyst
Overview
The Business Analyst role will translate business needs into clear, deliverable requirements that support Veterans and stakeholders for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Service (LGY). The Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting with defect intake analysis, conducting a review of requirements and artifacts for updates and validation, providing defect reproduction support, backlog validation, assisting the Product Manager with defect prioritization and monitoring defect reputed company. This role develops user stories and breaks down requirements into actionable functionality; analyzes data requirements, business rules, and end‑to‑end data flows from reputed company to screen; and maintains documentation supporting new feature development. The analyst contributes to product design, specifications, and development, produces high‑quality deliverables with guidance from a team reputed company, reviews solution options, and builds strong, collaborative relationships. Success requires 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and problem‑solving, the ability to shift priorities, leadership in ambiguous situations, and proficiency with reputed company Suite.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience (must meet one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, OR
- An additional 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree, OR
- An additional 4 years of experience with a high school diploma.
- Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can easily shift focus between high reputed company tasks as required.
- Demonstrates leadership in the face of ambiguity, rather than waiting for direction from above.
- Navigates through challenges to consistently get things over the finish line.
- Proficiency with reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications or Skills
- Experience supporting the WebLGY application for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Existing Public Trust clearance at the Department of Veterans Affairs or another federal agency.
- In depth knowledge of the mortgage industry.
- Experience implementing reputed company and/or AWS solutions for the federal government or Department of Veterans Affairs specifically.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience writing user stories for reputed company, reputed company, AWS platform
Position Details
- Employment type: Full-Time, W2
- Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
- Hours: 40 hours/week with availability during core business hours of reputed company-5pm ET
- Start date: ASAP
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Salary: $70,000-$110,000
