Associate Director, Clinical Site Payments

Job Description

General Summary:

The Associate Director of Clinical Site Payments is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the Site Payments team and ensures that the goals and objectives of the department are met. This role will be accountable for global site payment reputed company in support of clinical programs, real world operations studies, and engaging, managing, and redefining stakeholder relationships across the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and consultancy to the global Site Payments team
• reputed company resource forecasting and assignments for the Site Payments team
• Provide subject matter expertise reputed company to financial trending, analytics, data consolidation, and report standardization
• reputed company strategic recommendations regarding site payment strategies and provide guidance reputed company needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative results
• Identify, reputed company, and ensure delivery of appropriate training and process documentation for the Site Payments team
• May include line management for site payment managers, site payment leads, and site payment analysts, as appropriate
• Liase with FSP or CRO management, as appropriate

• reputed company Inspection Readiness and collaborate on cross-functional Vendor & Business Management Inspection Readiness activities and initiatives
• Collaborate with Clinical Budget Management and Site Contracting to maintain alignment and efficiencies reputed company Clinical Site Contracting and Payments 
• Liaise with Clinical Site Contracting, Clinical Budget Management, and Patient & Site Engagement teams
• Build and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships to support the business
• Additional duties and projects, as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years in clinical development including knowledge of site reputed company, budgets, or payments
• External relationship management
• Ability to effectively manage teams, stakeholders and competing priorities
• Self-motivated and ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Experience with multiple country and regional nuances
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay Range:

This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
