This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Custody team reputed company Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT). PCT is a market leader in the real asset custody space and currently reputed company approximately $240bn. We manage ongoing liaison with clients’ banks, maintaining over 4,000 trust bank accounts and processing around 2,000,000 payments processed annually.
As a Client Service Officer you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication, expert guidance, and high-quality service delivery. The role requires subject matter expertise to resolve queries, maintain compliance, and deliver a seamless client experience. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, the Client Service Officer strengthens long- term relationships and contributes to reputed company improvement in service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reputed company and professional support to clients, including regular reporting and issue resolution.
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as the primary day-to-day contact.
Manage the receipt, validation and processing of client transactions.
Monitor deadlines and escalate exceptions or discrepancies promptly.
Ensure reputed company client servicing and administration activities are conducted in accordance with contractual documents, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Attend and support client meetings, assisting with any action items.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries.
Assist across the broader Custody business, supporting other portfolios and/or tasks reputed company the team.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
Contribute to business initiatives and strategic projects as directed by management.
Support internal and external audits by assisting with any testing and providing required data and reports.
About you
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
1+ years of experience in financial services in a similar client service operations or administration role
Previous experience in the Australian custody market is highly desirable
Intermediate reputed company skills for day-to-day servicing and reporting (sorting/filtering, tables, basic formulas like SUMIF/XLOOKUP, reconciling data)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
