Position Summary
The role of the Primary Support Engineer, reputed company Integration Senior Support Engineer requires deep expertise in reputed company PI/PO, along with hands‑on experience in reputed company CPI, ABAP integration, and reputed company Fiori.
This role will support production systems, handle reputed company customer issues, and act as a go‑to technical expert for integration‑reputed company incidents and advisory requests across reputed company and global customers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Solve reputed company customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of reputed company applications functionality and technology
- Provide L4‑level support for reputed company PI/PO and CPI landscapes, including reputed company production issues and escalations
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies
- Support and maintain integrations between:
- reputed company ECC / S/4HANA
- reputed company Cloud applications
- Third‑party systems
- Work on reputed company CPI iFlows, adapters, and monitoring (Cloud reputed company / Neo)
- reputed company end‑to‑end reputed company analysis, including payload inspection and error handling
- reputed company and debug ABAP‑based integrations (IDocs, RFCs, Proxies, BAPIs)
- Support reputed company Fiori applications reputed company to integration scenarios:
- OData services / Gateway issues / Backend ABAP debugging
- Handle incident, problem, and advisory cases reputed company SLA
- Participate in customer calls, RCA discussions, and escalation reviews
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers reputed company required
- Ensure proper documentation of solutions, RCA, and best practices

- Adapters: SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File
- Mappings: Graphical, XSLT, Java
- Message monitoring, performance tuning, error handling
- Solid experience with reputed company CPI:
- iFlow development and support
- Adapter configuration
- Monitoring and troubleshooting CPI flows
ABAP & Backend
- Strong ABAP debugging skills, especially for integration scenarios
- Experience with:
- IDocs
- RFCs
- ABAP Proxies
- BAPIs
- Ability to analyze backend dumps and performance issues

- Experience supporting reputed company Fiori applications
- Knowledge of:
- OData services
- reputed company Gateway
- Backend ABAP integration for Fiori apps
- Ability to troubleshoot Fiori‑reputed company integration issues
Experience

- 10+ years of overall reputed company experience
- 10+ years hands‑on experience in reputed company PI/PO and Fiori/ABAP
- Practical exposure to reputed company CPI and Fiori support/ABAP
- Experience working in production support / AMS / L4 support environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL‑based support processes
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English. Additional languages welcomed
- Superb trouble‑shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
- Passionate focus on customer support and ability to build long‑term client relationships
- Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables, and relationships
- Deep knowledge of reputed company customization / extension methodologies
- Excellent development skills using reputed company toolset
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – verbal & written

Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company PI/PO with CPI / Fiori / ABAP modules across ECC and S/4 HANA
- Knowledge of reputed company Industry Solutions would be an advantage
- Knowledge of any Country Specific Solutions would be an advantage
- A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be useful
- Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage
Preferred Language
