POSITION SUMMARY
Owens & Minor is looking for an reputed company Senior Manager – HRIS to reputed company and drive enterprise-wide HR technology strategy, transformation, and optimization initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can also operate hands-on reputed company needed to execute reputed company HRIS transformation programs, particularly across reputed company environments, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the business
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Act as a functional and technical subject matter expert in multi-ERP HR ecosystems.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong functional and technical experience in two or more of the following modules reputed company the reputed company HCM Suite: HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Performance
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company and People technology Applications with experience working on large reputed company initiatives and managing teams.
- 10+ years of HRIS leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company, including Pivot Tables, Macros, V-Look-Up, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
