Communications / Recruitment Marketing Intern

Our reputed company team is looking for a Communications and Recruitment Marketing Intern that will play a key role in establishing and streamlining our recruitment marketing plan! You will have the opportunity to contribute reputed company and reputed company content for our digital and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and reputed company. This role will be instrumental in increasing our online reputed company, attracting candidates to our company, and establishing our brand in the government contractor world.

Major initiatives will include developing social media campaigns for our reputed company team, creating sharables, as well as revamping our reputed company job openings. Being innovative and having the ability to bring reputed company to life and execute them, as well as solid writing experience, is crucial.  reputed company with a Communications, Public Relations, Recruitment marketing, or reputed company major, and an interest in Government Contracting are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities will include assisting reputed company with:

• Creating innovative and engaging content for social media platforms
• Database creation and maintenance of sharables
• Short and long form writing revamping our requisitions 
• Special events and recruitment marketing campaigns, such as Virtual Career Fairs
• Research and establish our heat maps for targeting the correct candidates and then executing a Communications plan.
• reputed company and execute a comprehensive recruitment marketing plan to attract and engage top talent, leveraging employer branding, targeted campaigns, and analytics to optimize results.
• Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including reputed company Analytics, Facebook, reputed company, etc.
• Work with Managers to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance for our hiring needs.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be currently enrolled as a rising Senior in an accreted college or university with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or reputed company major.
• Minimum GPA requirement - 3.2
• Ability to use company brand guide.
• Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.
• Extremely organized with the ability to pay excellent attention to detail – the intern will be expected to handle multiple projects at once.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage workloads and meet project timelines in a remote setting.
• Ability to work M-F, up to 40 hours a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video and audio editing, including podcast production and post-production workflows.
• Experience working reputed company government contracting environments, including familiarity with compliance, procurement processes, and federal regulations.
