The Financial Division oversees reputed company accounting and financial reporting for American Financial Group and reputed company. Our Financial Division is hiring for a Premium Audit Specialist to join the Premium Audit team! This is a fully remote position. Qualified candidates in the reputed company united states will be considered. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Conducts thorough audits of insureds financial records to verify the accuracy of reported premiums, ensuring that reputed company calculations are precise and compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Conducts reviews and analysis of reputed company financial statements, payroll records, and other relevant documents, identifying trends and anomalies that may impact premium accuracy.
  • Resolves reputed company discrepancies in policyholder records by coordinating with producers, underwriters, insureds, leadership, and other internal departments, ensuring that reputed company issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Evaluates and determines the applicability of classification codes for coverage exposures.
  • Reviews insurance certificates for relevance to policy exposures.
  • Analyzes claim activity on policies to ensure that employee coding is consistent and accurate.
  • Prepares and presents detailed audit reports to management, providing clear and actionable findings that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborates with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure accurate premium calculations.
  • Provides excellent customer service to policyholders by addressing reputed company audit-reputed company inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout the audit process.
  • May monitor and evaluate premium audit practices, assisting with implementing strategic adjustments to improve overall effectiveness and outcomes.
  • May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management and Insurance, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Generally, 6 years of experience in Premium Audit, reputed company, Accounting, or Finance. Insurance accounting experience preferred. Continuing reputed company toward and/or the completion of a professional designation preferred, such as Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA), Associate in reputed company (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Associate of Risk Management (ARM).
  • Experience with multi-state rules and classifications, including the state of California.
  • Experience with workers compensation and general liability audits. Commercial auto audits are a plus.

Business Unit: Property & Casualty Finance Salary Range: $79,200.00 -$106,800.00 Benefits: We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*.
