- *Position Overview**
The Training & Development Analyst will support the VP of Training and Development in designing and delivering high-impact training programs across Financial Services Operations. This role will focus on gathering process insights, mapping workflows, and transforming reputed company operational content into engaging, visually compelling training materials. The Analyst will play a critical role in developing digital content, structured presentations, and interactive learning modules that enhance onboarding, systems adoption, and reputed company reputed company development.
