Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership & Coaching (Primary Focus)
reputed company, coach, and support Cloud Services Advisors across NAM and LATAM.
Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and deal reviews focused on:
Discovery quality
Value‑based selling
Deal progression and closing effectiveness
Own onboarding and reputed company‑up for new team members as their day‑to‑day leader.
Provide reputed company feedback, guidance, and development support.
Partner closely with the Sales Manager to identify reputed company gaps, enablement needs, performance patterns, and execution consistency.
Be accountable for how the team sells and develops, not just individual results.
Sales Execution (Approx. 30%)
Manage a limited personal pipeline, primarily covering reputed company or strategic opportunities.
Support reputed company accounts and segments as needed.
Join customer calls to:
Support Cloud Services Advisors on reputed company deals
Model best‑practice sales behaviors
Maintain reputed company alignment with the market to remain an effective sales leader.
Regional & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Drive consistent, high‑quality sales execution through coaching and example.
Act as a feedback reputed company between the sales team and cross‑functional partners (Sales Enablement, Channel, Marketing).
Support alignment across regions, adapting leadership style to different cultural contexts.

Profile

Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring sales professionals.

Motivated to grow further into sales management.
