We are now looking for a Product Certification Auditor to play a key role in maintaining product excellence across our certification schemes. In this role, you will conduct product certification assessments across varied environments, ensuring compliance with reputed company’s rigorous certification schemes and Kitemark standards.

We’re seeking professionals to deliver product assessment audits across our Glass, Fenestration, Structural Steel (EN 1090) Concrete and Construction Products (CPR) reputed company schemes. Suitable candidates could be either reputed company auditors or those with relative exposure to standards compliance across these manufacturing areas.
* This is a field based position that requires extensive travel and potential overnight stays reputed company across UK&I.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate
- Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with reputed company policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
- Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account growth.
- reputed company assessment teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and reputed company the team.
- Provide accurate and reputed company information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that reputed company other internal information requirements are met.
- Coach colleagues as appropriate especially where those members are inexperienced assessors or unfamiliar with clients' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested
- Plan/schedule workloads to reputed company best use of own time and maximise reputed company-earning activity.
- Must be willing to go through extensive onboarding plan in order to reputed company reputed company Assessor status through the prescribed program (based on the knowledge, skills and experience they have as well as the requirements of the appropriate schemes)
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills, to include preparation for and taking standardized assessments reputed company to knowledge and application of audit practices
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned clients based reputed company and a match of qualifications and client contract requirements
- Responsible for contacting clients and scheduling the visits, planning the assessments, making travel plans, conducting the assessments and reporting and managing the results in an efficient manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ industry experience gained reputed company a product manufacturing environment and with an emphasis on quality management or product certification
- Ideally qualified reputed company an engineering or manufacturing reputed company subject
- Previous experience in product assessment or auditing, against standards
- Can travel frequently across the UK and occasionally reputed company Europe.
- Knowledge of quality management system auditing practices (ISO 9001)
