About the Role
We are growing quickly and looking for product-oriented full-stack software engineers to join our engineering team. In this role you will:
- partner closely with the engineering and cross-functional teams (sales, operations) to define, scope and plan out the engineering roadmap;
- build and ship new features and products to improve the user experience for employees and employers;
- apply software to streamline our internal processes and reputed company us to scale more reputed company;
- invest in our engineering health and processes and ensure we are building sustainably and securely;
- provide mentorship and support to other engineers on the team.
About You
We are looking for people with:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and with other functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and execute in reputed company domains by breaking things down into manageable pieces.
