PRIMARY PURPOSE:   To complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of reputed company Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Tracks time and logs file notes for reputed company of that day’s field activity.
• Oversees reputed company necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.
• Maintains daily care and maintenance of reputed company equipment.
• Conforms with and abides by reputed company regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.  

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS  

Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required.  

Experience One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.  

Skills & Knowledge

• Oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including reputed company Office products
• Good comprehensive decision making skills
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

• Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reputed company overhead
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to drive up to 8 hours per day and/or ride for an extended period.
• Must have continual use of manual dexterity.
