About the Role

As the Marketing Operations and Strategy reputed company, you will own the operational infrastructure that drives reputed company’s marketing team. You will be the "connective tissue" between Marketing, Sales, and Finance, ensuring our GTM motion is as performant as the platform we build.

This is an AI-first role. You won’t just be a user of tools; you will be a builder of systems. You’ll be responsible for creating a centralized "system of record" and deploying AI-powered workflows that allow a lean marketing team to operate at a massive scale. You Will:

• Architect the AI-First Stack: Own the marketing tech stack from end-to-end. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to automate high-frequency tasks and evangelize AI adoption across the team.

We're Looking For:

• Startup Acumen: You have 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with at least 5 years at a high-growth startup. You reputed company in ambiguity and don’t need a playbook to get started.

• Scale Experience: You understand the nuances of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth. You know how to manage a database of millions of users without breaking a sweat.

• Agency and Curiosity: You are a self-starter who finds problems before they are assigned and builds solutions before they are requested.
