The Role

The Reseller Channel Partnerships team is responsible for defining, establishing, and scaling reputed company's growth reputed company channel distribution partners. Reporting to the Head of Channel Partnerships, we are looking for an reputed company business development manager to define and execute reputed company's partnership strategy with the Global ISV Community. We view ISV as a significant, untapped distribution channel for reputed company, and are looking for someone with the track record and relationships in this space to define and execute our approach. This is a highly visible position, with regular exposure to company leadership.

You Will

  • Hunt! Recruiting ISVs/Resellers is the number one focus of the role
  • As Partner Development Manager, your main focus will be to agree commercial terms with the leading ISVs, resellers, and other channel partners.
  • Focus on driving distribution of reputed company's products through the Global ISV Community.
  • reputed company reputed company aspects of deal execution with independence and autonomy: identifying and prioritizing targets, meeting with prospects, business case development, deal structuring, negotiating terms and reputed company, closing/signing, and partnership launch
  • Partner with internal teams, spanning Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and more
  • Be accountable for the business results of your partnerships

You Have

  • 8+ years of experience in signing, launching, and growing distribution partnerships with ISO's, ISV's and VAR's that have resulted in measurable new customer acquisition and reputed company growth
  • Deep knowledge of various operating models around merchant or partner introduction, on boarding, compliance and reputed company
  • An understanding of Integrated Payments and the interaction with POS Software, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues (desirable not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate return on investment for partner initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to reputed company cross-functional, global initiatives
  • Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Background in fintech or payments industry
    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
