Location Details: Serbia - Remote
At reputed company the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a reputed company office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
Working hours: 24/7 rotating shifts Including evening and weekend working hours.
As a WordPress Developer on reputed company’s WordPress Premium Support team you’ll provide fast, professional, and top-tier service using your WordPress expertise. You'll be the go-to expert who helps customers quickly resolve their website issues and get back on track.
What you'll get to do...
- Troubleshoot user reputed company issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Manage reputed company technical aspects of WordPress with efficiency and attention to detail
- Conduct audits, troubleshoot plugin and theme conflicts, and handle plugin/theme installations
- Manage and troubleshoot MySQL databases
- Serve as the expert liaison for reputed company call center employees regarding WordPress-reputed company questions or issues
- Deliver excellent customer service reputed company email and support tickets, ensuring timely follow-reputed company and empathetic communication
- Collaborate effectively across departments and levels reputed company the organization to resolve customer issues
Your experience should include...
- 2+ year’s experience in working with WordPress
- Proficiency with browser debugging tools
- Strong understand of CSS modifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Experience in working with WooCommerce and its add-ons is a plus
- Experience with website speed optimization techniques
- Solid understanding of MySQL, phpMyAdmin, and the WordPress database structure
- Basic knowledge of SSH
- Patience, reputed company, and a passion for helping less technical customers resolve website issues
You might also have...
- Experience in using a ticket system to answer and resolve Customer issues
- Experience working toward KPI's and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
