CandidPro is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by converting new and existing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into valued partners. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting virtual demos, nurturing practice relationships, converting leads into signed reputed company, onboarding new practices, and guiding them through the process of submitting and approving their first clear aligner case.

What You’ll Do

Engage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the company, building strong relationships with prospective new partner practices.

Conduct engaging and informative virtual lunch-and-learn demos on the benefits of CandidPro's clear aligner solutions.

Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into signed reputed company.

Client Onboarding and Activation Support:

Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new practices, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of reputed company’s products, services and processes.

Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through the necessary steps to start their engagement with CandidPro, including submitting and approving their first clear aligner case for a patient.

Address any technical or process-reputed company issues faced by clients during the activation phase.

Facilitate a warm reputed company to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.

What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales/business development (hunter) role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and structured approach, including consistent and effective follow-through
- Self-motivated, with a proactive, results-driven reputed company, technologically proficient, comfortable with virtual communication tools and CRM software

This role includes a reputed company salary and varibale. The OTE for this role is $105,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. To determine our range, we consider as many of the following data points as are available to us: external market salary survey data, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to our other employees.
