Accounting Analyst – New Development
About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the financial operations of New Development projects. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential, where you will be involved in day-to-day financial activities while gaining exposure to accounting, compliance, and project operations.
The role will reputed company with a support-focused scope and gradually evolve into more ownership and analytical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day financial operations of multiple projects
- Process billings, deposits, and commission payments
- Maintain and track reputed company and expense schedules
- Assist with journal entries and monthly reputed company activities
- Support account and bank reconciliations
- Assist in reviewing agreements to ensure proper accounting treatment
- Support project-level financial tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, legal, operations)
- Interact with external stakeholders such as agents and landlords reputed company needed
- Assist in preparing internal reports for different teams
- Support process improvements and standardization efforts
- Assist with audit processes and compliance controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong reputed company skills (required)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
