Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with the team to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
