Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and providing solutions to our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and sales targets
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
