Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving scheduling issues or concerns. You'll work in a high-volume, customer service environment, where efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential. You'll also have the flexibility to work remotely from your home, with the ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm local time.

Responsibilities

* Call members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work in a high-volume, customer service environment, where efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential
• Have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm local time
• May be required to work occasional overtime or weekends, given the business need

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of work experience
• Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
• Reside reputed company Eastern or Central Time Zone
• Ability to reputed company reputed company company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role

Soft Skills

• Experience using an auto-dialer system

Compensation and Benefits

* The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment

• Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
