Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Care Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multi-channel processes, including voice, email, and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, building strong relationships with our customers and resolving reputed company issues in a professional, proactive, and empathetic manner. You will be empowered to find solutions beyond established processes to resolve reputed company customer service situations, and you will be expected to utilize advanced skills training, system programs, and desktop resources to assist customers from reputed company business channels.
Key Responsibilities
