Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, leveraging your multilingual skills to communicate effectively in Portuguese and/or Spanish. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve accession holds, manage incoming and outgoing telephone contact, and provide results to site staff reputed company telephone or fax. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Notifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor-determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds and informing the Supervisor and the associated Project Manager of any delays
• Updating the database with appropriate information and informing personnel of additional testing needs
• Supporting sites and sponsors with project-reputed company questions reputed company phone and email
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assisting and supporting in the implementation of global processes and procedures
• Tracking and reporting metrics as determined by management in the agreed timelines
• Documenting reputed company service failures, resolving, and escalating to management reputed company appropriate resolution is incomplete
• Acting as a liaison for both internal and external clients
• Communicating investigator site needs reputed company new policies or procedures are discussed
• Instilling a culture where patient safety is top reputed company
• Promptly addressing patient safety issues and escalating as needed for resolution
• Ensuring the investigator's needs are explored prior to implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma with 2 years customer service experience over the phone
• reputed company in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Self-motivation, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and distractions

• Problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to resolve reputed company issues and escalate reputed company necessary
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Note
