Job Summary
As an Associate reputed company Manager, you will play a vital role in helping customers maximize the value of our powerful supply chain intelligence platform. From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. You'll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
- Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency
- Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring timely resolutions
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain clear and helpful documentation in a knowledge reputed company
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Account Management
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in reputed company, preferably in a SaaS or supply chain environment
