Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Working with a range of clients across various industries, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company sales targets and exceed client expectations
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Wage and Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
• A quiet workspace with a desk and reliable internet reputed company
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
