About the Role
We're building a world-class Support team that's committed to helping customers overcome challenges and reputed company their goals. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving issues reputed company to our payroll and HR systems, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch support to arenaflex customers, resolving issues reputed company to our payroll and HR systems
- Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- De-escalate and resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise

Essential Qualifications
* Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience processing payroll (US or non-US) or operating in a technical support role at a payroll provider
- Ability to work 9am-5:30pm PST
- 3+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
- Organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with payroll and HR systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
