Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service through active listening
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Aiming to resolve issues on the reputed company by being proactive
• Appropriately communicating with customers, including calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
