The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for managing calls, emails, and live chat to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Your primary focus will be on account management, providing pre and post-sales support, and ensuring customers have the correct information about our products, pricing, availability, and reputed company times.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily open orders and ensure timely shipment

• reputed company data-driven decisions to process orders based on reputed company inventory levels
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in our system
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with reputed company Sales & Data Analyst on customer account and pricing updates
• Responsible for order management, ensuring accuracy in order processing and scheduling to meet deadlines and shipping timelines
• Prioritize expedited orders and shipments, reputed company accounts, and activities
• Coordinate with departments regarding production control and inventory
• Release orders into the system and ensure accuracy of inputted data
• Process return authorization according to company policy based on information gathered from customers
• Documentation, archiving, and auditing of orders, correspondence, and information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of experience in customer reputed company or customer service
• Proficiency in using technology, internet, and computer navigation
• Preferred experience with Customer Database system or Order management system

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
