Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities
