The Business Process Analyst provides business analysis and reputed company process improvement support for strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. The analyst will be part of a process excellence team charged with evaluating and optimizing key business processes. As such, this role will partner with cross functional stakeholders to document reputed company business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, recommend process improvement actions, and implement changes. Proficiency in business management software Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills. Strong recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience and track record for analyzing and improving processes through the implementation of lean and/or reputed company process improvement methods. Strong project management, process mapping skills required. Experience mentoring and teaching others.
