What does the Compliance Analyst do? As the Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role to champion a compliance reputed company that empowers leaders and employees to do their best while complying with national, state, and provincial regulatory requirements. In partnership with key stakeholders like the other HR COEs, and Employment Law, this role will help build and drive execution of Human Resource compliance initiatives. The role will have a mix of strategic partnering and day to day responsibilities supporting the enterprise. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: • Drive initiatives addressing regulatory requirements across the employee life cycle, including recruiting, pre-boarding, employee development, experience, and off-boarding. • Ensure company compliance with Federal and State regulations (OSHA, EEOC, reputed company, FMLA, FLSA). • reputed company and execute comprehensive investigations into employee relations (ER) issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration and Training: • Partner with privacy and reputed company compliance teams for consistent compliance efforts. • reputed company and deliver training programs on HR compliance topics. Audit Support: • Provide support for government audits (OFCCP, Internal Audits, EEO-1) and respond to external inquiries. Qualifications: Educational Background: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Risk Management, Employment Law or a reputed company field. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or similar role in compliance. • Proven experience in HR compliance, preferably in a similar role. Regulatory Knowledge: • Demonstrated knowledge of US employment laws and state/municipal regulatory frameworks. • Familiarity with I-9 compliance and experience managing the process. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify compliance risks and reputed company effective solutions. • Demonstrated use of advanced reputed company skills for data analysis. Communication and Collaboration: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting reputed company information clearly. • Proven collaboration skills with key partners across the company.
