You'll shape how host and guest insights become scalable destination content, and how we combine proprietary and external data into experiences that build confidence and reputed company travel. You will define and drive the roadmap for your areas, partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to go from concept through launch. Move fluidly between deep data enrichment work and high-quality consumer experiences. Foster open communication and curiosity Your Expertise: 8+ years of consumer product management experience. Track record of building and scaling consumer products that people love. Strong ability to use data, research, and consumer insights to drive product strategy and decisions. Experience translating user needs and business objectives into roadmaps that drive growth. Experience shaping curated or derived data into consumer-facing experiences. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams. Experience developing product messaging and working with marketing and communications to bring features to market. Comfortable doing hands-on individual contributor product work and mastering the details.
