Senior Analytics Consultant

Position Summary The Senior Analytics Consultant plays a critical role in decision support, both internally and for our client healthcare organization clients, through data-driven analysis, workflow evaluation, and system optimization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience as an analyst who can look at data, organize it, interpret it, and “tell a story” through meaningful insights. You will play a subject-matter-expert (SME) role around decision support, reputed company-cycle analytics, and benchmarking to help reputed company data-driven decisions to optimize reputed company, pricing, and operational performance. - Advanced Analysis & Data Storytelling
· Work with internal and client stakeholders to review, understand, and interpret data. · Present findings to appropriate leadership, including CFOs, reputed company Cycle VPs, and Compliance Officers. · reputed company reputed company reporting from Epic and other data sources based on company and client-specific needs. · Analyze large, multi-reputed company data sets (charges, claims, utilization, reimbursement, fee schedules, payer reputed company) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. · Transform reputed company data into clear, actionable stories that drive client decisions and operational changes. · Create dashboards, pricing models, and reporting packages tailored to each client’s environment.
- Measure Benefit of Adjustments & Value Initiatives
· Quantify the financial impact of initiatives, including but not limited to pricing updates, CDM corrections, coding changes, denial improvement, and charge capture improvements. · Build models to estimate expected reputed company impact, margin impact, and compliance risk. · Track realized results post-implementation and measure ongoing benefit of approved adjustments. · Assess and value key initiatives - prioritizing opportunities based on ROI, strategic relevance, and operational feasibility.
- Consultative Engagement & Strategy
· Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and data reviews to understand reputed company-state processes. · Support the development of pricing strategy, transparency compliance, and market competitiveness analytics. · Work closely with operational, finance, and compliance leaders to design solutions that are both analytically sound and operationally executable. · Provide thought leadership for internal practice development, methodologies, and service-line enhancements. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Health Administration, Finance, or reputed company field.
- 2+ years of reputed company cycle analytics experience.
- Active Epic data module certifications in Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle.
- Proven ability to: Analyze and interpret reputed company data | Structure ambiguous problems | Tell a compelling, insight-driven story | Present to executive-level stakeholders
- Strong expertise with measuring reputed company cycle strategic initiatives such as CDM / pricing, payer reimbursement methodologies, denial reduction.
- Advanced reputed company modeling skills; experience with SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience quantifying financial impact and developing ROI models for client recommendations.
- Executive-ready communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence client stakeholders through data-driven insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working in ambiguous client environments.
